4. Consultations & Bookings

4.1 All consultations must be booked via our Book a Consultation page, by email, or by phone.

4.2 Consultation fees are payable in advance by EFT to the banking details provided.

4.3 Proof of payment must be sent to accounts@creamcorp.co.za before your booking is confirmed.

4.4 If you choose to proceed with our services after the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from your service fee.

4.5 A free 10-minute initial consultation may be offered at our discretion.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) via EFT.

5.2 We do not accept cash deposits or credit card payments unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Consultation fees are non-refundable unless Cream Legal cancels the appointment.

5.4 For ongoing services, payment terms will be outlined in your engagement letter or service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all legal and procedural requirements for your matter.

6.3 Failure to provide required documents or information may delay or affect the outcome of your matter.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Cream Legal and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8.2 You may view and print pages for personal use only.
