Cream Legal is a South African–based, female-owned legal consultancy with a Level 1 B-BBEE, focused on contract drafting, contract review, and business legal support for growing enterprises. Proudly rooted in purpose and faith, our mission is simple: make legal support understandable, accessible, and empowering. In an environment where poorly drafted agreements expose founders to unnecessary risk, Cream Legal provides practical legal solutions that support sustainable growth from startup to scale.
Founded by a law student with hands-on legal and operational experience, Cream Legal was built to bridge the gap between traditional law firms and the real-world needs of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and professionals. Our approach combines strong legal fundamentals and commercial awareness without unnecessary complexity or intimidation.

Meet The Founder
Natasha Khadambi | Founder & Lead Legal Consultant
Natasha is the visionary founder and lead legal consultant behind Cream Legal. Currently completing her LLB degree, she brings a rare combination of academic legal training, real-world immigration expertise, and entrepreneurial insight to the clients she serves.
Before launching Cream Legal, she served as the Managing Director of a private immigration consultancy that she helped get off the ground and successfully led a team assisting clients with visa applications, appeals, and immigration compliance across Southern Africa and abroad. Her time in this role sharpened her understanding of the complex realities immigrants face.
Her passion also extends to corporate law, where she provides practical legal support to entrepreneurs and business owners. She’s helped startups get registered, drafted compliant contracts, created shareholder structures, and advised on corporate governance issues, all with a focus on protecting the vision and sustainability of businesses.
Natasha sees herself as a legal educator. Her work is deeply rooted in her belief that the law should not be intimidating or out of reach. Through Cream Legal, she aims to empower people to understand their rights, pursue their dreams, and build legacies confidently.
